Covid-19 exceptional booking conditions

As a result of the ongoing uncertainty worldwide because of the Covid-19 virus, Villa Bastiola is pleased to offer our guests more friendly booking terms and conditions for 2021 bookings.

For any bookings made for 2021, Villa Bastiola will only ask for a 20% deposit to secure the booking with the balance due just 4 weeks prior to arrival.   The deposit will be refundable up to the point at which the final balance is due.

Confirming a booking

A deposit of 30% of the cost of the holiday is required to secure the booking. The balance of the cost of the holiday is due 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. If payment is not received at this time the booking will not be guaranteed.

Payment

Payment can be made by bank transfer or cheque to a sterling Barclays UK current account (details provided at time of booking).

Cancellations

If for any reason it is necessary to cancel the holiday up to 6 weeks before arrival, we may retain the 30% deposit to cover costs for the loss of the booking. If cancellation is made within 6 weeks of the start of the holiday, the full cost of the holiday is due.
