“Wonderful relaxing break in warm and pretty Umbria. Stayed a week in Apartment Ulivo with our two young children and it was a perfect base. Kids loved the pool and outdoor space (as did we) and there are beautiful views and surroundings. Well equipped toy cupboard, plus outdoor toys a big hit. Enjoyed the friendly restaurant a few mins walk away and use of BBQ outside the Villa. There are several pretty towns and villages a short drive away. Kitchen in Apartment also very well equipped. “Family friendly villa with pool and views in walking distance of pizzeria. In rural Umbria with lovely views of the hills all around,we spent a delightful week in a very well equipped villa with a super pool and an enormous toy cupboard which delighted my grandchildren.Three minutes stroll downhill is a very decent pizzeria and ristorante,where we ate most evenings.There is a barbeque at the villa too. We visited the beautiful medieval hilltop village of Montone and also Citta di Castelli and Gubbio which are all in easy driving distance. There was a lovely breeze most of the time at the villa and so the July heat was not difficult. Booking and correspondence with the owner was efficient and friendly.” (5 star review on TripAdvisor)

“Peace and tranquility. The villa was set high up on a mountainside, a short drive to the nearest supermarket. There was an excellent pizzeria a 2 second walk down the road. The views from every window of Apartment Quercia are stunning. My favourite time of day was having a coffee on the small balcony off the kitchen, catching the early morning sun with the views was lovely. The apartment was very clean and well maintained with lovely quality bed linen, plenty of towels and the kitchen was well equipped for a large dinner party !! Tv and wifi were a bonus for our teenager. The pool was kept clean and had stunning views into the far reaching countryside. The owner was very helpful from the booking stage onwards and was on hand by email to answer queries if necessary whilst we were there. The closest airport is Perugia, about 40 mins drive away. A lovely setting for a relaxing holiday with lots of beautiful villages and towns within 30 mins drive. Rome and Florence are manageable day trips.” (5 star review on TripAdvisor)
