Availability calendar
Confirming a booking
A deposit of 30% of the cost of the holiday is required to secure the booking (by credit card using PayPal, bank transfer into our UK Euro bank account or sterling account or by UK sterling cheque).
The balance of the cost of the holiday is due 9 weeks before the start of the holiday. If payment is not received at this time the booking will not be guaranteed.

Or by internet bank transfer directly into our UK Euro account or sterling account (details provided at time of booking) or a UK sterling cheque can be sent to:

Cancellations
If for any reason it is necessary to cancel the holiday up to 9 weeks before arrival, we may retain the 30% deposit to cover costs for the loss of the booking. If cancellation is made within 9 weeks of the start of the holiday, the full cost of the holiday is due.
