Confirming a booking
A deposit of 30% of the cost of the holiday is required to secure the booking (by bank transfer into our UK Euro bank account or by UK cheque). The balance of the cost of the holiday is due 9 weeks before the start of the holiday. If we payment is not received at this time the booking will not be guaranteed.

Payment
Payment can be made by internet bank transfer directly into our UK Euro account or a UK cheque can be sent to:

Cancellations
If for any reason it is necessary to cancel the holiday up to 9 weeks before arrival, we may retain the 30% deposit to cover costs for the loss of the booking. If cancellation is made within 9 weeks of the start of the holiday, the full cost of the holiday is due.
