Apartment Ulivo (sleeps 2 – 4 guests)
Apartment Ulivo has 2 double bedrooms (king) each with an en-suite bathroom. There is a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and hob and table with 4 chairs plus a high chair. The large living room has a library, LED TV with Sky box, DVD/BluRay player, video player & wi-fi.
Apartment Quercia (sleeps 2 – 4 guests)
Apartment Quercia has a master bedroom (king), a double bedroom (queen) and a family bathroom. There is a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and hob and french doors opening on to a small terrace with bistro table and chairs. The spacious living room has a library, LED TV & Sky box, DVD player with surround sound system & wi-fi. There is a dining room table which can seat up to 8 guests.
The apartments are perfect for family holidays. Travel cots and linens can be provided as well as high chairs, baby bath, play mats and toys. There is a set of HappyLands toys guaranteed to keep the younger children happy! Outside in the garden is a small play area with Little Tike sandpit and playhouse as well as a play kitchen and other garden toys.
The beautiful swimming pool is a great place to relax and enjoy the view or for the kids to play and have fun. There is a minibar area under the pool making it easy to have refreshments and drinks poolside. If the weather is good enough, night swimming under the Umbrian stars is a must!
All bed linens, towels, pool towels and kitchen linens are provided in the rental as well as a wonderful welcome pack and final cleaning on departure. For a two week stay, a change of linens and towels and mid-stay clean through is also included.
