Covid-19 exceptional booking conditions
As a result of the ongoing uncertainty worldwide because of the Covid-19 virus, Villa Bastiola is pleased to offer our guests more friendly booking terms and conditions for 2023 bookings.
For any bookings made for 2023, Villa Bastiola will only ask for a 20% deposit to secure the booking with the balance due just 4 weeks prior to arrival. The deposit will be refundable up to the point at which the final balance is due.

Book Villa Bastiola or apartments with pool in Umbria.
* During July and August, it is only possible to rent the entire villa (both apartments). If you are only going to be a group of 4 requiring just one apartment during this time, a discount of £150 on the standard villa rental rate can be given (eg £1950 – £150 = £1800 per week). Please note that if there is already an offer discount applicable, no further discount will be given.
1. Depending on availability, flexible start dates are possible – please let us know your preferred dates when you enquire
2. Rates are inclusive of all local taxes
3. Rates include all bedroom linens, towels, pool towels, kitchen linens & final cleaning on departure
4. Rates do not include use of sofa-bed. If required, there is an additional charge of £50 for the linens and towels.
5. Complimentary welcome pack including bottle of Prosecco, fresh bread, butter, jam, milk, juice, tea, coffee, olive oil, pasta, sauce, water etc
6. Free wi-fi
7. In the cooler months an additional charge will be made for heating and rates will be advised when a booking is made (usually May and late September)
8. Pool open from Mid May – Mid Sept 2022 approx.
