There is a shady loggia at the top of a small flight of stairs, opposite the front doors to both apartments, perfect for morning coffee or escaping the heat of the afternoon.  Guests are welcome to enjoy the stunning, panoramic view from the sun terrace in the gardens relaxing on the rattan sofa and chairs, take shade under the gazebo (with Emu table and 4 chairs) or the rustic loggia (with table and 8 chairs), dining alfresco there, lazing by the pool on the sun loungers or sitting in one of the comfy chairs under the olive trees, just enjoying the view.

The gardens are extensive, over 2 acres, perfect for kids to burn some energy off kicking a ball around or dipping in the 10m x 5m infinity pool and for younger children, there is a swing set, playhouse, sandpit, paddling pool & other outdoor toys.

Or you can enjoy the beautiful panorama from the sun terrace, looking over the olive grove to Tuscany beyond, sipping wine, reading a book, chatting or quite simply relaxing…

Infinity Swimming Pool

Enjoy the 10m x 5m infinity swimming pool in the gardens at Villa Bastiola with stunning views over Umbria and Tuscany. The pool is cleaned with a mineral salt purification system (no chlorine).  There are 8 sun loungers & table & chairs as well as a minibar and storage area under the pool.
